The Grand Finale! Where the Regatta and the Harbour Come to Life! 2027 Dingy Parade & Closing Ceremonies Theme is Shipwrecked & Gilligan's Island! The most colorful and creative events of the George Town Cruising Regatta, the Dinghy Parade is where cruisers let their imaginations run wild. Gather your crew, decorate your dinghy, and dress the part. All imaginations are welcome! The parade is equal parts competition and comedy, with plenty of cheers and laughs as the fleet makes its way through Elizabeth Harbour. Judges are looking for creativity, spirit, and showmanship — so go big and have fun with it. All cruisers meet directly after the parade dressed up in their best costume for fun at the Closing Ceremonies & Beach Party — where we celebrate the entire Regatta, and dance the night away to great music. This is your chance to swap stories, laugh about the week’s adventures, and say “see you next season” to your cruising friends. |
